- Aircraft-Grade 6061 Aluminum-Magnesium Alloy (Rear Lift Shackles): Our rear lift shackles are CNC-machined from solid 6061 aluminum-magnesium alloy billets. This provides an exceptional strength-to-weight ratio, ensuring zero flex under heavy loads while remaining completely rust-proof.
- High-Strength Steel Construction (Front Spacers): The front strut spacers are manufactured from high-strength structural steel, laser-cut and CNC-bent for exact OEM fitment. - Leveling vs. Lift Kit Distinction: A Leveling Kit (typically a front strut spacer, 2"–2.5") eliminates the factory rake and allows slightly larger tires. A Suspension Lift Kit (2"+) includes taller coils/leafs and often requires additional components (UCAs, diff drop, brake line extensions) to maintain proper geometry. Tekmodi should specify which category each SKU falls into.
- ADAS & Sensor Calibration: For modern pickups equipped with forward-facing radar or cameras (e.g., Isuzu D-MAX Gen 3, Ford Ranger Next-Gen), lifts above 40mm may require ADAS recalibration to avoid false warnings. This is a critical after-sales consideration for distributors .
- Body Lift vs. Suspension Lift: For Toyota Hilux N80, a 2" Body Lift is a distinct product from a suspension lift—it raises the body off the chassis using blocks and does not alter suspension geometry or ride quality. Tekmodi should clarify product type in the catalog .
- Drive Type & Engine Variant: Some kits are specific to 4WD vs. 2WD, or diesel vs. gasoline engine weights (affecting spring rate selection). Confirm the exact drive type and engine before recommending a SKU.
- Generation Breaks Are Absolute: GWM Poer NPW kit does not fit Cannon Alpha. Isuzu D-MAX Gen 2 (TF) and Gen 3 (RG) require different ball joint spacer designs. Ford Ranger PX1/PX2/PX3 share some components, but Next-Gen (2023+) is a separate platform .
